In the first half of 2014, existing home sales in Mississauga improved substantially. According to the Toronto Real Estate Board, more than 10,310 residential resale units were transacted – up from the 9,997 units sold during the period last year. At the same time, prices of residential units increased by 4.4 percent to an average of approximately $482,000.

The increase in sales and the increase in value both speak to the importance of a certified home inspection for buyers in Mississauga – there’s simply more at stake. A house inspection is the most prudent way to ensure that the buyer gets a good value in a home purchase.

Holley Home Inspections services home buyers and sellers throughout greater Mississauga and offers both condo inspections and Tarion inspections in addition. Infrared inspections are also available.
